Since I did the initial CHM manual conversion someone else on the list has
taken over
the process (I apologize for not knowing who it is), at any rate I'd like
to make a bug report to that person:
The TOC labels are incorrect for the section that they pertain to. Instead
of the name of a TOC item being the title of that page, it's displayed as
the first subsection on that page - it's really hard to describe what I
mean, so I'll point out a few examples:
- All of the sections should be nested with in 'PHP Manual' folder, or
there should be some way to get back to 'PHP Manual' page.
- The section labelled 'What is PHP?' should read 'Introduction', with the
first nested item being 'What is PHP?', which should jump to that section
of the page (even though they link to the same page).
- The section labelled 'Downloading the latest version' should read
'Installation', with the first nested item being 'Downloading the latest
version', which should jump to that section of the page (even though they
link to the same page).
- The section labelled 'The configuration file' should read
'Configuration', with the first nested item being 'The configuration
file', which should jump to that section of the page (even though they
link to the same page).
- The section labelled 'Installed as a CGI binary' should read 'Security',
with the first nested item being 'Installed as a CGI binary', which should
jump to that section of the page (even though they link to the same page).
etc....
