[PHP-DOC] faq -> manual

Hi!

What about adding the FAQ to the manual?
This was a longly discussed topic, and the
end was this needs to be done (as I can remember).
This is a good time for this, when the site
also changes...

And that way, the FAQ would also be international,
which would be a real good point...
