Please wait some time. If he responds to you, I hope you can work
with him. The manual is huge and couldnīt be translated by a single
person.

The procedure is to copy a .xml file from en/ to pl/, translate and
commit it. Donīt copy untranslated .xml from en/ to pl/. In the
phpdoc tree there are makefiles who will look for all untranslated
files and build together a complete manual (untranslated files are
in Englisch).

It doesnīt matter, look for files which you are most interested in
or what is in your opinion helpful for Polish readers.
