OK, after I realized that, I thought I'll add an entity for it, and so put it into all language-defs.ent, but then a problem came, that than the contents of this entity must be iso-8859-1 compliant in all languages, as it is used in a file which is itself iso-8859-1... So some more dynamic way of including this file would be better..
