Hi,   I'm glad to see that you guys liked my design :)   About its structure: if you like it, I'm willing to change it so that it fits your needs and the capabilities of the system. The notes are put in the flow of text where they are appropriate the same for see also's and examples. We have large explanatory paragraphs discussing an example...
