if we are, it is likely a compiled-in limit that is already at its max. but once the other build problems are sorted out, we can see what is happening. i really wish someone would figure out how to build the pdf versions using an xslt processor and fop. last time i played with it, it didn't quite work, but it was obviously much faster than the current system. jim
