"Authors cannot be removed" philosophy is a part of the whole
Open Source world.

I don't think we have a word for people who added/modified
things in phpdoc, but not in the authors list. The authors
list is reserved for the very best contributors of us. Anyone
can propose somebody to be an author, the decision need
to be made on the list, by the community, and an editor adds
an author. At least I think this is the right way...
