Didn't we all agree a couple of years ago to use the OpenContent
publication license?  It was just that nobody ever got around to actually
changing it?  Or maybe I am remembering wrong.  Some searching of the 
archives should turn something up.

I'd say neither of the options (a) nor (b) should be added in our case.

Another option is of course the FDL:
