Well, I have this in my aliases.ini for mIRC:
/mande /say http://www.php-homepage.de/manual/function. $+ $1 $+ .php
I just type /mande mail and mIRC prints
http://www.php-homepage.de/manual/function.mail.php
Thats an Alias ;)

You can do a http://www.php.net/FUNCTIONNAME, i.e.
http://www.php.net/mail
This will redirect you to the manual page for mail().
I personally dont really know, why an RDF is needed.
