The es version of the manual lacks strtotime. datetime.xml exists but lacks a definition for this function. This exists for others too.
I assumed in such cases a en/ default will exist, but is that only if the file datetime.xml doesn't exist at all? If so, that should be looked into. Regards, Philip Olson
