The doc-zh mailing list have been set up and we've been using it for days!
Meanwhile, there seemed to be sth wrong with the php version checking. I've got
following error when I run configure:
checking for php... ../phpdoc-tools/php.bat
checking php version... test: =: argument expected
4.2.1
configure: error: PHP version 4.0.0 or newer needed
Is the version of 4.2.1 supported??

I think there is no phpdoc-zh ;), or it's configured badly.
Please get in contact with Jim Winstead ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) so
he can set up the CVS module correctly, and set up the doc-zh
mailing list for you.
