Actually, I myself is reluctant to translate that and I don't need the
translated version either. But someone else in the zh group and others
interesed in the Documentation Work have such demands.... Maybe this can
ease their mystification about the PHP Documentation Work. And they did
encountered many problem following the old HOWTO Doc in English(I'm not sure
about that anyhow)! However, I'd tried to explan the content in HOWTO as
clearly as possible in my mother language, in hope of  this can give a more
clear and operatable instruction to our new partner to begin their job in a
short time.

 And meanwhile, the translation work is nearly done and all (at least much
in the beginning progress) have been solved, It's OK if my work is
pointless, at least I get my things begin to work after reading the HOWTO
carefully and a series of discussion. Thanks Goba, Friedhelm, Simone and
anyone else help me much these couple days.
