Running Win98... I am also unable to run the new english CHM documentation... when I double-click the file after downloading it, I receive the following error message: Cannot open the file: mk:@MSITStore:C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\php_manual_en.chm. Obviously, C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\php_manual_en.chm is my specific path to the file. Hopefully that helps the debugging process. The file also reports it's size as 394bytes which is much too small to be the complete documentation.
