Configure should put the missing ids into missing-ids.xml (through missing-entities.php) so please see the contents of that file, or it the creation failed (in configure output). BTW these errors are not critical. If you run "make test_man_gen" which is run before the manual generation, these errors are not displayed. So the manual will generate with thes errors.
