So the reason that rsync isn't back on yet is that phpweb is _STILL_
building. That's like longer than 24 hours!!

i'm struggling to work out why it's taking so long. actually, no, they
haven't upgraded memory in this box yet, i don't think:

Anyhow, the point is with whatever memory, it's damn slow! (general prod in
the direction of Gabor and Harmut... :))
to business. trying to build peardoc has some issues:

this is only for a couple of the translations, so i'm not entirely sure why
i am seeing this bug. However, bad entities has caused a few translations to
fail, so some advice or fixage of source would be good!

perhaps test_man_gen doesn't need to be run, and we should force generation
on the build machine?
so far, the following tranlations have been done:
12k ar
24M cs
24M de
24M en
23M es
12k fi
12k fr
12k he
12k hk
12k hu
24M it
24M ja
12k kr
basically any dir that is 12k didn't build, for some reason. mostly for
MissingStuff being ... well, missing :)
