This is more important than last.
There is a mailing list in portuguese, and begin a question about how to
make the exemple in file-upload.xml work, and none that uses windows can
do, so I began translation of this file and I too cant use the example.
I discover why, I "must" set upload_tmp_dir to some dir, without this,
appear that php dont know where put the file on upload. The
$_FILES['userfile']['name'] has the correct value, but
$_FILES['userfile']['tmp_name'] is empty.
I dont have nothing on TMPDIR in my autoexec.bat.
This is for PHP 4.2.3, on windows millenium.
If someone more can test this and add a note about it.
Thanks
