I have checked the php.net/manual/ dirs, and there the folders are named according to the phpdoc module names, so they are correct. But the downloadable docs are not correct. At least the Korean and Chinesse docs have naming problems. They will disappear from the docs listing, as the central language code usage is introduced. Until the names are corrected.
