Tell omnihttpd and xitami users that they need cgi.force_redirect = 0 too.

It would be nice to add this in a separate XML file, or as a snippet, or
something, not copied several times. What if someone modifies a few
words (ie. typofix). Then he needs to find out where this thing is copied...
I thought about it but it's perfect so no need to fix
it :) It's such a special case that I didn't think it
deserves a snippet. Although one idea is to put it in
a faq and refer to it, that might be a good idea.
