Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.

It works with both mysql_tablename, mysql_db_name and all the
mysql_fetch functions.

I've updated the doc for more clarity.

The mysql_list_dbs look like this :
mysql_list_dbs() will return a result pointer containing the databases
available from the current mysql daemon. Use the mysql_tablename()
function to traverse this result pointer, or any function for result
tables.

The second sentence is false : it's not the mysql_tablename() function
but the mysql_db_name() function we must use for traversing the result
pointer.
