Do any other OS's disallow negative timestamps?

I heard about problems with the newest glibcs (as used in RH 8), not sure how true this is :)

Redhat 7.3 and up and glibc 2.3.x and up will not return negative timestamps in mktime() calls. I have tested and confirmed this.
