It's just I noticed there is no "el" entity in dbtags.php and entities.php (in scripts/), so I thought that may cause problems.
None of those two scripts are used in manual building, they are supplemental. And should detect the available manuals on the disk instead of having them wired in.
[Yes I know I have written that code with the wired in language names, but it needs an update :)].
