If nobody vote against, somebody (goba, derick,..., me?) should ask @systems for the move of the file(s) and the user notes.

It would be nice to know, what will be the new ID names for the security part, so the notes can be moved to use that ID.
The ID names should not change, why would they? It would mean broken links.
Well, you said that user notes should be moved. As user notes are connected to IDs [or filenames which are made from IDs], if IDs are not changed, user notes need no moving. I have just checked a few IDs in security.xml, and they seem OK. So then no user note moving is needed as far as I see. Or you mean something else with that?
I actually never mentioned user notes but anyway I was just sharing my paranoia over broken urls. As long as this move doesn't break any urls, peace and harmony will persist :) And, the current ID's look fine to me too. By moving I think Friedhelm just meant "they should still work" and it seems they will.
OK, so the only thing it seems need to be done by systems@ is to move the chapters/security.xml to security/security.xml or security/index.xml or something, to preserve CVS history. Then the other changes can be done in phpdoc CVS.
