edink: So are you saying that libsasl.dll isn't (and never was) required to get LDAP to work on every supported version of Windows? Can you have a look at bug #9485 ? Or are you saying that simply following the instructions on copying all files from the dll directory (as opposed to worrying about specific ones) is the answer? Please be a little more specific as install.txt doesn't refer to LDAP. Just follow the install instructions in install.txt and it should work fine. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2003-06-26 21:04:01] ecn at byu dot edu Description: ------------ I'm trying to get LDAP support working for Win32 platform and the documentation says that in order for the php_ldap.dll file to load, you need to copy the libsasl.dll file to the System32 directory. The doc says this file is located in the DLL directory in the Win32 binary package when in fact it is not. I cannot seem to find this file anywhere and sure enough, I cannot load the extension. It throws an error every time. Please help me as soon as possible. I need this file. Thanks.
