Interesting :) The purpose of the wordwrap() example isn't to demonstrate a sentence that uses every character in a language, but rather it's just an example sentence that someone chose to use. Hence, the German translation should be a pangram, rather than the verbatim translation of those silly words. I suggest: "Falsches Üben von Xylophonmusik quält jeden größeren Zwerg."
