in an effort to negate the effect of the Sobig virus sending mail to these lists, I have disabled the ability to post to the list without being subscribed. This will screw up a few auto-generated mails (eg, the phpdoc bugs and stats) but it's better than having 10 virus mails per hour appear on the lists.
What about the CVS commits mail ? (FYI, I've commited exmples to is_resource() and nl2br())
