[PHP-DOC] Commit messages not send email

Hi! Recent commit messages with many files are not sending mail to list with log message and the diff. This can be due the cvs server is without free space or little!! A example: One of pt_BR translators send /reference/calendar and /reference/calendar/functions in wrong place to en. This don´t send the email with commit. Later in same day I correct it by replacing the pt_BR files with the en files. This don´t send the email with commit too. Later they send same files to /pt_BR/reference, the rigth place and the mail message was send. The reason of this may be: on wrong commits ou got the file size *2(all the en and pt_BR version) and on add only one once(the pt_BR file).   This could be a serious trouble and someone may look at this!   Thanks.
