I don't think Goba was talking about translating the comments, only the manual itself. Right now, you have CHM versions in all languages, but if you want a version with comments, you can only choose the English manual. It would be nice if there would be a French, Dutch, German, ... version with the (original, English) comments, just like you can see them on the on-line version.
