That link should work for all pages except _index.html (which does not exist in the online version). Note that the CHM has two index files, while the online manual has all that info on one page. The JS used to redirect you to the online version could be a bit more intelligent though to direct you to index.php if you click on _index.html though... Assinging to myself.
