PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: date("z") example is wrong
Description:
------------
The example returned value for date("z") should be "0 through 365", not "0
through 366". The current documentation makes the starting value
ambiguous. It would also be a good idea to clarify the description with
"starting with 0".
