Hi, I'm writing a book about PHP5. I want to know if I need some permission, before publish, from Zend, PHP Team or PHP-DOC team.
I don't want to rewrite this manual or transforms this documentation into a book. My book is a new book without part of this documentation. I have read that I can insert the php.ini file.
