/me has flashbacks from the lack of humor when the
rtfm() function was added and removed in the space of
a few weeks (days?, I CRS these days).


The problem IMHO is that a lot of users will not understand this kind 
of humor (either the rtfm() function or this note).

I'm sure there are other ways of adding humor to the manual without 
doing so in a way that might be considered literal advice.
