I've been reminded that pspell is now available on windows, so I wanted to fix the documentation accordingly. The probelm is that I haven't touched any of it in ahem... a couple of years or so, and I see things have changed a bit.

The question I have is how do you propagate these changes to other translations? It used to be "just wait for the translator to notice the change and, when he/she has time, apply it to their respective translation." Is it still done the same way?
