Apply for CVS account at http://php.net/cvs-php 2. Ask at [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or here) to create Latvian version of manual 3. Get XML sources of English manual from CVS 4. Translate some of about 3700 English files Latvian manual then will be available for everyone at php.net. Jakub Vrana
