[PHP-DOC] Can translate something to russian.

Hi guys,   I'm PHP-developer with many years of experience, actually I am working with PHP since PHP/FI. So I'm based in Ukraine and I will be very glad to translate some parts of PHP-manual to Russian also I would like to be the member of PHP Documentation Group and create new articles both English and Russian.
