Today I've finished writing the 'Migrating from PHP 4 to PHP 5' appendice. I would like you to review it to check if something is missing or incorrect.

There are also a few other issues that the PEAR QA team noticed:
get_class (and get_class_methods() iirc) now return the names as they were defined (so they will be mixed case).
$this may not be modified in the constructor.
