Since the translation is done by human volunteers, it is quite trivial, that pages might get outdated. Although promtly after reading your notice, I have added a note to docs.php about the translations possibly being outdated on some pages.

If you compare it with the one in www.php.net you'll see that in the original one, mail accepts 5 arguments while in the spanish translation, only 4.
I know that probably the spanish translation is not ready but I think you could add a note about the fact that the current page may not reflect the current state usage of the funcion.
