AFAIR there was the common agreement not to use something like <literal>PHP</literal>. Any objection to remove <!ENTITY php '<literal>PHP</literal>'> from language-snippets.ent and the only appearance form /features/remote-files.xml?
Fine with me. Those translations still using it should add it to their translation.
