where did the installation instructions for a static apache module of PHP go? It was in INSTALL, but no mention of there there (but there is information on weird architectures there?!?!). Please put that back in ASAP.
INSTALL is now generated from the manual. If the static stuff is missing, it should be included in the manual XML sources, so it will get into the PHP source too.
