Description:
------------
The manual text on:

http://uk.php.net/manual/en/features.connection-handling.php

contains:

'Within this shutdown function you can check to see if a timeout caused
the shutdown function to be called by calling the connection_timeout()
function'

and:

'At this point you will find that connection_timeout() and
connection_aborted() return TRUE.'

but connection_timeout() was removed from PHP at version 4.0.5 (bug ID
10611, closed, in May 2001).
