Those extensions were moved to PECL in PHP 5.1, not 5.0! (maybe time to 
extend the entity)

Or simply remove it. we won't maintain an entity/version for something 
like this. (or is there a
way I'm missing for having a printf'ed entity ?)
Well I don't know if there is a printf for entities either (although it 
would be a good idea!).
I don't which extensions are currently using the note.pecl-php5 entity, but 
maybe it could be deleted, yes.
