That list shows, that the build stopped working at the
end of july. There are a phpdoc thread on aug 03. what
discussed broken bulid issues. I think that problem
aren't solved fully.

No problems, but I usually check every week which languages had a lot of
updates since the last time they were built as it takes quite some
resources. Just request a build when you want one!

So please build a Hungarian manual.

hu, zh and tw are running now.
