Hi, I have a question about the encoding of language-defs.ent and language-snippets.ent. what should be the encoding of it? I'm working on the Chinese manual. should it be UTF-8 or GB2312? shall i add <?xml version='1.0' encoding="gb2312"?> at the beginning of the file?
