The reference to an unspecified "Apache page" is misleading even. b) No, take it out completely. It at least looks outdated. b) It's time we move it from email format to doc format c) The links themselves are dead and should be presented in a more "flexible" way. At the installation chapter, "How to install on Unix/HP-UX". All the urls in there are missing.
