hi
I'm student {windows apllication developper}
the last 2 or 3 years i discover that web developing is more wanted or
preferable for the next generation .

my question is
1st question
Is the web development more important than application development ?

To answer your question honestly, that really depends. Yes, companies are starting to build on web based environments, but that does not necessarily mean that the application development field is going foobar. In fact, web development is in some ways based on application development. I mean, apache and php are both developed as "application development" and are the backbone behind "web development". You can also look at application development as being able to extend upon lacking functionality in web development. One can use C to program a module for php and extend it somehow (and yes, people do do that...).

2nd question
we are student now and we still student over the years ?
because all the time we have new language to learn
what is your opnion be student all the time and upgrade ourself all time ,or fix to a one developing language

Programmers develop solutions. The more tools you have, the easier a solution can be created. There are some things that should be done in C that should not be done in php for example (say.. complex mathmatical algorithms where speed is an issue). It gets down to making sure you have the right tools at the right time, which can entail learning more than one language.

3 question
if i prepare to learn php mysql ,is we obligate to all things about php ?

See #2 for that.

4 question
I found a billions of other tutorial on the web.
how we can filter all this web site and download only what we are need (for beginner ,intermediat student) ?

An interesting concept, which is often ignored, is to simply look at the developer's documentation. I've seen one too many people (including myself), that have wandered off to find "the" tutorial, when in fact it usually lays within the hands of the person(s) that developed the product.

5 question
what about asp or asp.net how is the best or preferable(yours opinion) php or asp.net

I hate to say this, but this question shouldn't be asked here. You're in a place of bias, and you can expect a majority of people to say "I like php over asp.net". This could be true, but then again it may not be, but what I can tell you is it's hard to really account for a non-bias answer to that here.
