I'm updating some files in the de-tree. What to do with files that don't exist in the en-tree? Leave them? Delete them?
Example: in phpdoc-de there are two files, old and new function names: msql-dropdb.xml and msql-drop-db.xml
in the en-version there is only msql-drop-db.xml
The old files will not be picked up by the build system, so they will not get into the output. That is, there is no point in keeping these files IMHO.
