About a year ago I Mailed the lists for some reason, and "Gábor Hojtsy" told me, there were no team maintaining or translating PHP Documentation to Turkish. Currently I'm establishing a Turkish translation team, and we like to translate the PHP Documentation to Turkish if that's OK.
Please contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] with your plans, and if you get practically no reply (or an approval :), then go and do it. The doc-tr list is supposed to be the Turkish translation list.
