How can I use the CVS? I sent my request at http://www.php.net/cvs-php.php but I didn't get any email-s. PLEASE HELP ME!
First, you can use anonymous CVS to check out files and such. As others suggested, it is a good idea to introduce yourself to the translation team you are about to join, and submit some patches (which you can easily create once you are familiar with the phpdoc build system). Translation team members can only actively encourage the acceptance of your CVS account request, if they know you are really about to contribute.
