At first sight, the answer is yes.
That was my question, too.
I'm on the fence.. yes, "if" should be literal... but in a title?.. not
sure there.
It is literal, because other titles containging some text and a function
name, control structure, etc. all have the function name, control
structure, etc. as a <literal>. I don't mind removing the tags from
titles, if you think it is better to have titles without extra tags.
