Well, half of the note is documented, the other half isn't.
You even have a cvs account, so you can join us to improve the documentation
:)
Anyway, these things should be reported in the bug system, so that we can
track them, and without overloading the note system.

Seems to me a perfectly valid note was deleted, wasnt even rejected, just
deleted.
Any specific reson?
