I've built the english manual and I've posted it here:

But I've detected a couple of problems:
* no index page (instead a black page is shown)
* the appendice is not shown in the toc on the left
* ??
So, the scripts clearly need some tweaking. I remember that when I ported
the scripts to smarty, I had to tweak some regexs and the batch file, too.
I'll take a look at this next week, so that we can start building the normal
chms again.
